It delivers near white metal blast cleaning at a rate of up to 1 square meter per hour without the need for grit.

The Bristle Blaster® is the only hand-held tool in the world capable of achieving surface cleanliness comparable to Sa 2½ – Sa 3 (SSPC SP-10 / NACE No. 2 – SSPC SP-5 / NACE No. 1) and a surface roughness profile of up to 120 μm Rz (4.7 mils).
By using the Bristle Blaster®, you eliminate the need for complex abrasive blast equipment. As a result, Bristle Blasting proves ideal for weld seam preparation. Additionally, it is extensively used in pipeline construction, repair, and inspection.
