CORROLAN ACTIVE RUSTPROOFING CAVITY WAX

Corrolan Active provides self-healing rust protection for vehicle cavities and enclosed areas like box sections, sills, chassis rails, and doors. Its non-drying formula flexes with the vehicle, constantly expelling moisture and safeguarding the metal.

Made from natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable lanolin, Corrolan Active is a sustainable rust-proofing solution. It resists salt, a major cause of rust, and forms a durable barrier that seals out air, preventing corrosion. The flexible film won’t flake, peel, or crack, and its non-flammable nature makes it safe for storage and transport.

You can apply Corrolan Active directly to cavities or use it after Corrolan Penetrator, which serves as a primer to treat fine crevices and seams.

Product description	Honey coloured lanolin-based cavity wax.
Pack description	Available as a 400ml aerosol, 1ltr Schutz can, or in containers of 5ltr, 25ltr, 60ltr or 200ltr.
Application temperature	Can be applied to steel as low as -5c. The steel must be at least 3 degrees above the current dew point. (See our dew point calculator.)
Application	Apply Corrolan Active using Rustbuster’s Pro Wax Injection Gun, Elite Rustproofing Gun, Schutz gun, or similar equipment. It’s also available in aerosol form for convenience. For easier application, heating Corrolan Active will naturally reduce its viscosity. If necessary, you can thin the product with Corrolan Turbo.
Cleaning	Clean up with Corrolan Turbo.
Safety	All Corrolan products are safe and non-hazardous. However, to ensure optimal safety, we recommend using them in a well-ventilated area. Moreover, when spraying or brushing in an enclosed space, always wear a respirator face mask. Furthermore, make sure to use appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection.
