Rustbuster intend to ship all orders within 24 hour via economy carriage shipping, this can be next day but could be up to 2 days.

Next day delivery DOES NOT include Saturday or Sunday. Any next day orders placed on a Friday will be received on Monday, as Saturday is not included as a working day.

Rustbuster Standard Economy shipping is £8.50+vat for up to 20kg.

Remote areas/Scottish Highlands and non-UK Mainland areas may be subject to additional charges and a longer delivery time. This is determined by our couriers not Rustbuster.

Up to 20kg of Hazardous goods can be sent, this currently costs £25.00+vat, we do however have a Stockist in Ireland and this may workout a more cost effective way to purchase.

CORROLAN PENETRATOR RUSTPROOFING PRIMER WAX

Corrolan Penetrator is a ready-to-apply rustproofing wax designed as a primer for Corrolan Pure underbody wax and Corrolan Active cavity wax. Its low viscosity allows it to penetrate threaded components, seams, fine crevices, and interfaces with ease.

Made from lanolin derived from sheep’s wool, Corrolan Penetrator is natural, non-toxic, biodegradable, and sustainable. It effectively combats rust by resisting salt, the primary enemy of metal surfaces. The product forms a strong, self-healing barrier that seals out air, preventing flaking, peeling, or cracking. Additionally, it is non-flammable, ensuring safe storage and transport.

This 50/50 blend of Corrolan Pure and Corrolan Turbo can also serve as a general maintenance penetration fluid, lubricating fine parts and protecting them from corrosion.

Product description Honey coloured lanolin-based penetrator/primer wax and maintenance fluid.
Pack description Available as a 400ml aerosol, 500ml or 1ltr oil spout bottle, 1ltr Schutz can, or in containers of 5ltr, 25ltr, 60ltr or 200ltr.
Application temperature Can be applied to steel as low as -5c. The steel must be at least 3 degrees above the current dew point. (See our dew point calculator.)
Application

Apply Corrolan Penetrator using Rustbuster’s Pro Wax Injection Gun, Elite Rustproofing gun, Schutz gun, or equivalent application equipment.

It is also available in aerosol and oil spout bottles and can be applied with a brush. For optimal results, heating Corrolan Penetrator can naturally reduce its viscosity. If needed, it can be thinned with Corrolan Turbo
Cleaning Clean up with Corrolan Turbo.
Safety All Corrolan products are safe and non-hazardous. However, to ensure safety, use them in a well-ventilated area. When spraying or brushing in an enclosed space, always wear a respirator face mask. Additionally, make sure to use suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection.
