Free Standard Shipping (not next day) on orders worth £90 +vat or more, which also weigh 20kg or less to non-remote, UK mainland locations.

Rustbuster intend to ship all orders within 24 hour via economy carriage shipping, this can be next day but could be up to 2 days.

Next day delivery DOES NOT include Saturday or Sunday. Any next day orders placed on a Friday will be received on Monday, as Saturday is not included as a working day.

Rustbuster Standard Economy shipping is £8.50+vat for up to 20kg.

Remote areas/Scottish Highlands and non-UK Mainland areas may be subject to additional charges and a longer delivery time. This is determined by our couriers not Rustbuster.

Northern Ireland and Ireland
Up to 20kg of Hazardous goods can be sent, this currently costs £25.00+vat, we do however have a Stockist in Ireland and this may workout a more cost effective way to purchase.

CORROLAN PURE RUSTPROOFING UNDERBODY WAX

Corrolan Pure underbody wax provides excellent protection while allowing easy inspection and maintenance of your vehicle. It forms a translucent, amber-colored, self-healing film that remains flexible. In cold temperatures, it has a grease-like consistency, while in summer, it shifts to the texture of heavy oil.

Made from natural, non-toxic, biodegradable lanolin, Corrolan Pure offers sustainable rust protection. It resists salt, the primary cause of rust, by forming a durable barrier that seals out air and prevents corrosion. Unlike other products, it won’t flake, peel, or crack, and its non-flammable formula ensures safe storage and transport.

You can apply Corrolan Pure to sound surfaces or after using Rustbuster Fe-123 Rust Converter to treat surface corrosion. For added protection, use Corrolan Penetrator as a primer on threaded components, seams, crevices, and interfaces.

Product description Honey coloured lanolin-based underbody wax.
Pack description Available as a 400ml aerosol, 1ltr Schutz can, or in containers of 5ltr, 25ltr, 60ltr or 200ltr.
Application temperature Can be applied to steel as low as -5c. The steel must be at least 3 degrees above the current dew point. (See our dew point calculator.)
Application Apply Corrolan Pure using Rustbuster’s Pro Wax Injection Gun, Elite Rustproofing Gun, Schutz gun, or similar equipment.

It’s also available in aerosol form and can be applied with a brush for smaller areas. For easier application, heating Corrolan Pure naturally lowers its viscosity. If needed, you can thin the product with Corrolan Turbo.
Cleaning Clean up with Corrolan Turbo.
Safety All Corrolan products are safe and non-hazardous, but we recommend using them in a well-ventilated area. When spraying or brushing in enclosed spaces, it’s best to wear a respirator face mask for added safety.
