As an independent applicator of high-performance rust-proofing and sound-deadening materials, we offer top solutions from leading formulations. Since we are not tied to any one supplier, we can perform work to our own specifications or customize it according to your needs. We are happy to discuss both options.
Our advanced equipment injects and sprays heated wax (up to 80°C) at high pressure. We follow an ISO 9001 quality-assured method, and you will receive a Declaration certificate upon completion.

When booking, a £60 deposit secures your 2-day slot in one of our rust-proofing bays. After payment, we will send you a receipt with contact details and a schedule of work. Please sign and return this schedule in the provided stamped envelope.
Upon completion, we will provide a receipt for the full work, a detailed schedule, and a completion certificate for your vehicle file.
The price includes

- Clean the underside with Chlor-X Salt Remover and Traffic Film Remover.
- Remove under trays and arch guards.
- Dry the vehicle using a 10 hp warm air blast dryer and infrared heat.
- Remove loose and failing rust, stone chips, old waxes, or coatings.
- Apply Rustbuster Fe-123 rust converter to surface rust.
- Apply Rustbuster Corrolan Pure to the underside of the vehicle.
- Apply Rustbuster Corrolan Active cavity wax.
- Replace plastic guards and trays.
