Rustbuster intend to ship all orders within 24 hour via economy carriage shipping, this can be next day but could be up to 2 days.

Next day delivery DOES NOT include Saturday or Sunday. Any next day orders placed on a Friday will be received on Monday, as Saturday is not included as a working day.

Rustbuster Standard Economy shipping is £8.50+vat for up to 20kg.

Remote areas/Scottish Highlands and non-UK Mainland areas may be subject to additional charges and a longer delivery time. This is determined by our couriers not Rustbuster.

Up to 20kg of Hazardous goods can be sent, this currently costs £25.00+vat, we do however have a Stockist in Ireland and this may workout a more cost effective way to purchase.

PRE-PAINT PANEL WIPE

 

Rustbuster Pre-Paint Panel Wipe effectively cleans car panels, underbodies, and other surfaces, removing oil, grease, waxes, residues, and fingerprints. This preparation solvent minimizes the risk of silicone contamination before painting and also provides thorough cleaning before polishing.

Use it as a final surface surfactant to ensure complete removal of surface contamination. Pre-Paint Panel Wipe eliminates any moisture within the steel’s pores, preparing the surface for optimal paint adhesion.

Rustbuster Pre-Paint Panel Wipe comes in 1-liter bottles (with or without a spray applicator) or 5-liter containers. It is essential for paint preparation. We highly recommend using it before applying our EM121 epoxy primer/finisher or Custom 421 epoxy primer to prevent grease and contaminants from interfering with paint adhesion.

Directions Apply with a clean lint-free cloth wiping over the surface to be painted to remove final traces of grease, moisture and dirt.
Cleaning Cloths should be disposed of: make sure the cloths used are not left near naked flames due to the risk of fire.
Safety Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, face mask and eye protection.
